1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days after confirmation (COD orders)

  • 1–2 business days after payment verification (Prepaid orders)

No processing on Sundays and holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We ship nationwide via trusted couriers.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 days

  • Luzon: 2–5 days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer:

  • FREE Shipping Nationwide for all orders

  • No hidden charges

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package

  • Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in the customer being restricted from future COD transactions

  • Always prepare the exact amount for smooth delivery

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier details

  • Real-time delivery updates

Tracking may take 24 hours to reflect after shipping.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • No one available upon delivery

If undelivered, the courier will make additional attempts depending on their policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will issue a free replacement immediately.

8. Lost Packages

If the courier confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit:
