📦 Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

However, we provide solutions for issues covered below:

✔ Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund

Please prepare the following:

  • Clear photo or video of the product received

  • Your full name and order number


📮 Lost or Unreceived Packages

If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, or if the tracking has stopped updating, we will coordinate with the courier.

If confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.


💳 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

  • The parcel was lost in transit

  • Your order was canceled before shipping

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of the recipient


⏳ Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
Replacement orders are shipped within 24–48 hours.
